I've been so busy lately because I've been trying to put together my portfolio for Ceramics. Luckily the deadline was extended from October 1st to October 5th, but it's been a lot of work for me. I had to stay after school for a few days because I needed to finish my pieces there and fire and glaze them, and the days I had to stay I'm up at 6 AM, go to 2 studio classes, have a 2 hour break that I have to stay up at the university for, go to a history lecture, and then I was staying there until 6 PM or after. That's 12 hours or more at school. I've been quite tired, and my mom and brother were sick, so I had to be concerned about catching whatever flu they had. I've had headaches for the last few days. I also had to stay late for 2 days photographing my work, and the other day I dropped my camera and cracked its screen a little. Today my pieces came out of the kiln a different color than I was expecting--a few turned out good, a couple turned out bad. I had issues sending in an online portfolio application because I am in the class I need so I don't have a grade yet for it, so they have to fix the bug to allow for my circumstances. Monday was my birthday, but I was too stressed so it didn't really feel like it was. All I really want now is to play videogames till I lapse into a coma.
I'll post the pictures I'm submitting of the work I haven't posted yet as soon as my BF helps me pick the best ones.
